This policy applies to Evoverse.io, published by Kabuu Games ("we", "us"). It explains what information the game collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

Evoverse.io
What we collect
- The nickname you choose (shown to other players and on the daily records leaderboard).
- A random, anonymous ID stored on your device so we can count returning players. It is not linked to your name, email or account.
- Gameplay statistics: level reached, session start and length, how a round ended, ads watched and room links shared.
- Technical info: platform (desktop or mobile web), browser language and approximate country (derived from the request, not stored as an IP address).
Third-party services
- Google AdSense / Ad Placement API: Shows ads, including optional rewarded ads (e.g. revive, 2x XP). Google may use cookies and device identifiers. Privacy policy
- Cloudflare: Delivers and protects the website. Processes IP addresses to route traffic and block abuse. Privacy policy
Evoverse.io has no accounts and does not ask for your email, real name or location.
How we use information
We use the information above to run our games and website, keep them secure and fair (for example to stop cheating and abuse), fix bugs, understand which features people enjoy, show ads that keep our games free, and answer your messages.
Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, the performance of our service to you, and your consent where it is required (for example for personalised ads in some countries).
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
Some of our games show ads. Ad partners may use cookies, device advertising identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure results. Where the law requires it, we or our partners ask for your consent first.
You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking) or at adssettings.google.com. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Let's Play Together is made for all ages, including children: it has no accounts and shows only child-directed, non-personalized ads. Evoverse.io is an online multiplayer game for a general audience where players choose public nicknames.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Anonymous gameplay statistics are kept for as long as they are useful for improving our games, and leaderboard entries are reset regularly. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Because our games do not use accounts, we usually cannot link data to you. If you want us to act on your data, email [email protected] and include details that help us find it (for example your nickname and the anonymous ID shown in the game, if available). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
All traffic to our website and games is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the little data we hold.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our games or the law change. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know on this site or in the game.
