Privacy Policy: Evolution Mania

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy applies to Evolution Mania, published by Kabuu Games ("we", "us"). It explains what information the game collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

Who we are

Kabuu Games is an independent game studio and the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

Evolution Mania

What we collect

  • No account and no personal information: we do not ask for your name, e-mail or location, and we do not run our own servers for this game.
  • Game progress and settings (level, XP, sound and language) are saved through the platform you play on (YouTube cloud save or CrazyGames data storage), or in your browser.
  • On YouTube Playables, your score may be sent to YouTube to show your progress.

Third-party services

  • CrazyGames: Hosts the game, saves progress and shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Privacy policy
  • YouTube Playables (Google): Hosts the game, saves progress in the cloud and shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Privacy policy

When you play on CrazyGames or YouTube, that platform's own privacy policy also applies, and the platform decides how ads are personalized.

How we use information

We use the information above to run our games and website, keep them secure and fair (for example to stop cheating and abuse), fix bugs, understand which features people enjoy, show ads that keep our games free, and answer your messages.

Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, the performance of our service to you, and your consent where it is required (for example for personalised ads in some countries).

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and cookies

Some of our games show ads. Ad partners may use cookies, device advertising identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure results. Where the law requires it, we or our partners ask for your consent first.

You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking) or at adssettings.google.com. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Let's Play Together is made for all ages, including children: it has no accounts and shows only child-directed, non-personalized ads. Evoverse.io is an online multiplayer game for a general audience where players choose public nicknames.

Our games for children follow the Google Play Families Policies and are designed to comply with COPPA, the GDPR and KVKK: they do not collect personal information, location or persistent device identifiers such as the advertising ID, they have no chat features, and they only use Families self-certified ad SDKs with no interest-based ads or remarketing. See the Let's Play Together privacy policy for details.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Anonymous gameplay statistics are kept for as long as they are useful for improving our games, and leaderboard entries are reset regularly. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with the service providers listed in this policy (hosting, content delivery, advertising), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users. Some of these providers operate outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union; they protect data with standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Because our games do not use accounts, we usually cannot link data to you. If you want us to act on your data, email [email protected] and include details that help us find it (for example your nickname and the anonymous ID shown in the game, if available). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

All traffic to our website and games is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the little data we hold.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our games or the law change. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know on this site or in the game.
